OUTGOING Rep Programme
The Outgoing Rep Programme is regarded as one of the best in the industry.
The extensive training we provide ensures our Reps are armed with all of the relevant knowledge ready for your TOUR. This programme covers mental health training provided by our partners Flow Mental Health Services as well as resort familiarisation, event scheduling and, importantly our escalation procedures for all the different scenarios which they may be presented with on TOUR.
You can expect to be greeted by Outgoing Reps from the moment you get on the coach and you will see them stewarding at the event throughout the week. If you have any problems or questions feel free to ask them whilst at the event... they are there to help!
